Position
As the firm continues to grow, we’re looking for someone to play a key role in supporting the administrative operations while collaborating closely with Directors and Senior Management. You’ll be instrumental in driving continuous improvement efforts and enhancing team efficiency.
- Serve as a key contact point for high-quality client base, supporting Directors with daily tasks and providing a high standard of client care.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts of the Client Services team, identifying opportunities to enhance workflows and team efficiency.
- Assist with training requirements, ensuring team members are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Foster collaboration across teams, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Keep managers informed on team capacity and workflow, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
- Provide high-level administrative support to team members and clients, ensuring smooth operations.
- Oversee ATO and ASIC lodgements, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely submissions.
- Manage daily correspondence and communications efficiently, prioritising tasks effectively.
Candidate
- *To be considered for this role, you will need to have a Client Services or Administration background in a public practice accounting firm.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong multitasking ability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A positive, team-focused attitude and a willingness to learn and develop your skillset.
- A drive to become an industry expert and support others on their professional journey.
