You will join a team of 3, we do around 15-20kg per day so fast hands and a cool head is required.

5 days a week ( Monday - Friday ) 40ish hours

LOCATION - Based at 275 George st, CBD ( Corner Margaret st & Wynyard lane )

• 2 years minimum experience, able to follow guidance and adapt, participate in in-house training program .

To qualify for the positions you will need the following skills and attributes.

• Excellent communication skills to engage with our awesome customers and fellow workmates.
• A love for coffee and an infectious enthusiasm.
• Brewing Savvy: Familiarity with various brewing techniques is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of coffee equipment and maintaining a squeaky clean workspace.
• Proficiency in following instruction
• Pressure Expert: Thrive in a fast-paced environment without breaking a sweat.
• Latte Art Enthusiast: Some experience in creating latte art, including ferns, tulips, and hearts.
• Honest & Caring: We value honesty and ensure our team is well taken care of.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with our fantastic crew.
• Commitment: A minimum 1-year commitment to growing with us.
• Comfortable in a multicultural environment
