About the Role:

The Electrical Engineer will provide technical expertise and advice in support of operations at various sites in Central Qld, focusing on managing capital and reliability projects from concept to implementation. The role will involve working with both HV/LV equipment, overseeing the replacement of obsolete systems, and ensuring continuous and sustainable plant operations. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, driving initiatives aimed at improving plant reliability and performance.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a heavy industrial processing environment
• Exposure with obsolete equipment and working with HV/LV distribution and switchgear
• Experience managing projects from concept through to execution
• Strong commitment to safety and the ability to work autonomously
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships quickly
