About the role

HYPOXI is a globally recognised and scientifically proven low-impact exercise method, which is up to 3 x more effective at burning stubborn fat than traditional fitness routines, and significantly reduces cellulite.

The revolutionary training method combines patented vacuum and compression technology with exercise and nutrition for targeted centimetre loss.

As our HYPOXI Fitness Coach, you will operate this dynamic technology and supervise each training session, guiding women to manage and achieve their fitness goals. You will be responsible in helping to grow the client base by contacting enquiries and helping them decide on the best HYPOXI membership for them.

As a HYPOXI team leader, the main purpose of the role is to drive growth in HYPOXI and ensure the smooth operation of the HYPOXI team, monitoring closely our professionalism and high standard of customer service. To continually grow and develop the HYPOXI profile within our club and strive to hit growth targets.

As Team Leader, you will oversee the operation of the club when the Club Manager is absent, driving results and encouraging a strong team environment.

This is a casual position of up to 15 hours per week of coaching, plus up to 5 hours dedicated to the team leader role.

About you

You’re a hands-on woman with a positive, can-do attitude and natural empathy.

Passionate about fitness, wellness and women’s health.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, solid instructing skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Driven by achieving results for clients, yourself, and the company.

Availability of 2 evenings per week until 8pm and every second Saturday morning from 8am-12pm.

Skills & experience

You can identify sales and marketing opportunities with your creative sales skills.

Previous experience in a sales role with upselling required. You enjoy engaging with clients face to face and via the phone.

Experience as a HYPOXI Coach or in the beauty and wellness industry highly regarded.

Excellent customer service skills and a high level of maturity.

Proven track record working with sales KPIs and monthly targets.

You can lead a team with passion and enthusiasm and drive the team to exceed set targets.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, solid instructing skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
