Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

MISSION

Manage client relationships and oversee branding, marketing, and advertising projects to ensure high-quality execution, client satisfaction, and business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a strategic partner.
• Oversee multiple branding and marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high quality.
• Lead and coordinate a team of designers, strategists, and copywriters.
• Provide brand and marketing advice, identifying growth opportunities for clients.
• Ensure brand consistency across all client projects.
• Identify upsell opportunities to drive client retention and business growth.
• Improve project management processes for better efficiency.

SUCCESS METRICS

• 90%+ client retention rate through strong relationship management.
• 100% on-time project delivery for all branding and marketing campaigns.
• 15%+ client revenue growth.
• Effective leadership of the project team.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 5+ years of experience in account management, branding, marketing, or advertising.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and creative processes.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive results.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and CRM software.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
