We’re on the lookout for confident, detail-oriented Bookkeepers with 3+ years' experience to join our Brisbane team. You'll be part of a supportive environment where your skills are valued, your development is encouraged, and no two days are the same.

About the Role

As a key part of our bookkeeping division, you'll work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure the delivery of accurate, timely and compliant bookkeeping services. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys working across a variety of industries and clients.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients across various industries
• Prepare and lodge BAS, PAYG and IAS statements
• Reconcile bank accounts, manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform month-end processes and assist with year-end preparation
• Collaborate with accountants and support broader client service delivery
• Work with Xero and MYOB, ensuring best practice bookkeeping standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 3 years' bookkeeping experience within a public practice or business advisory setting
• Technical Skills: Confident with Xero and MYOB (Xero Advisor Certification preferred)
• Attention to Detail: A natural with reconciliations and numbers
• Communication: Strong client-facing skills, both written and verbal
• Organisation: Able to manage competing deadlines and work autonomously
• Team Player: Positive, proactive and keen to grow with the firm
