AFC Projects are looking for a highly motivated landscaper who can lead from the front and take ownership of exceptional landscaping projects.

You’ll ideally have 3-4 years experience in landscaping or a similar industry, a keen interest in horticulture and native plants, an eye for detail, and a proven track record of managing small teams to deliver high quality results. Most importantly you’ll roll up your sleeves and lead from the front.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience landscaping or similar industry
• Proven ability to manage people and projects
• Ability to schedule resources and materials according to project deadlines
• Genuine interest in horticultural practices
• Excellent work ethic, physical strength and fitness
• Effective communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Current, full, clean Drivers licence
• Bobcat and Excavator tickets.
