Food Process Workers & Machine Operators

📍 Location: Melbourne's North East
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:06 PM
💰 Pay: $32 + Super (Casual)

We are currently seeking dedicated Food Process Workers & Machine Operators to join our client's team in Melbourne's North East. This role involves packing dips, operating machinery, and ensuring quality production in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

✔️ Operating food production machinery, including packing, cleaning, and ingredient preparation
✔️ Performing repetitive packing tasks with precision and efficiency
✔️ Lifting and loading ingredients (up to 20kg) into machines for mixing
✔️ Ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards
✔️ Keeping your work area clean and following hygiene and safety protocols
✔️ Working as part of a team to meet production targets

What We're Looking For:

🔹 Previous experience in Machine Operation, Manufacturing, or Food Production (preferred)
🔹 Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
🔹 Physical capability to lift up to 20kg
🔹 Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
🔹 Excellent teamwork and communication skills
