Newport Lakes Primary School is a Prep to Grade 6 school with an enrolment of approximately 560 students. Newport Lakes has a proud 170 year history in the community and is located in quiet surroundings on the corner of Elizabeth Street and Ross Street, Newport just minutes from the Westgate Bridge.

A great opportunity awaits for someone to join our office team. We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated First Aid officer. In this crucial role, you will provide immediate medical assistance to students and staff, ensuring a safe and healthy school environment. You’ll be responsible for managing minor injuries, responding to medical emergencies, and maintaining records and assisting the office when required. A caring approach to student well-being is a must and a background in first aid is preferred but not necessary as training will also be provided by the school. We are currently looking for a full-time / part-time First Aid Officer. The preferred hours would be Monday to Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm school terms. A Working With Children's card (WWCC) is essential.
