About the Role
The Visitor Services Officer provides customer service and venue support across the Northcote Town Hall Arts Centre to patrons, customers, artists in residence and hire clients. If you are friendly, engaging and love interacting with creative people, then this role is for you. The main responsibilities of this role include:

• Ushering for events and performances
• Bar Service and responsible service of alcohol
• Room setups and venue maintenance
• Reception/Box Office duties
• Administration and event planning support

Skills & Experience
• At least one year’s experience in face-to-face customer service delivery, cash handling and food/beverage operations
• Experience in a cultural facilities environment
• Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate
• A current employee Working with Children Check
