Key Responsibilities
- Oversee hotel daily operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Manage TAB and Gaming operations, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Supervise and train staff in food and beverage service, including cocktails and wine service.
- Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness throughout the hotel.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.

- Assist in the implementation of hotel policies and procedures, and contribute to the development of new initiatives

Qualifications (& what we are looking for)
- Must hold a current RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues) license.
- Proven experience in TAB and Gaming operations.
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail service.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated track record of motivating and developing staff

- A person who has a passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
