Our client is seeking a new Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance function, ensuring plant reliability, efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage preventative and corrective maintenance programs, oversee capital expenditure projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement maintenance systems, including Total Preventative Maintenance
• Oversee capital projects, ensuring plant safety, spare parts management, and contractor integration
• Control maintenance costs and assist with site budget preparation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9002, HACCP, food safety, and workplace health & safety standards
• Provide leadership, training, and motivation to the maintenance team
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities and site performance

Requirements For The Role:

• Qualifications in Engineering, Industrial Trade, or a related field
• 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in food manufacturing (dry blending experience is a plus)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SAP, D365, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and oversee contractors
