Our service is operated by the school’s P&C Association and is committed to providing high quality education and care for the school community.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are currently seeking qualified and nonqualified Educators to join the team!

AS AN EDUCATOR YOU WILL

• Be responsible for supporting children throughout before school care, after school care and vacation care sessions
• Develop respectful and reciprocal relationships with children to nurture their wellbeing and play-based learning
• Contribute to the culture of the service by collaborating with members of the team to promote opportunities for children’s development
• Implement the service’s program and actively supervise children while they participate in a range of activities each day
• Respond to children’s needs and interests, ensuring safety and wellbeing
• Support the service to be organized and tidy
• Supervise the use of and maintain resources and equipment
• Contribute to ongoing improvement through critical reflection

WHAT YOUR HOURS WILL LOOK LIKE

Work Life Balance - Benefit from the flexibility of split shifts, allowing you to tailor your work hours to fit your lifestyle and achieve a balance between personal and professional pursuits.

Staff are rostered between the following hours, subject to availability.

Before School Care 5.45am - 9.30am

After School Care 2.00pm - 6.30pm

Vacation Care 5.45am - 6.00pm

WHAT YOU NEED

• Valid Working with Children Check – Blue Card
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificate (or willing to obtain)
• Full rights to work in Australia
• Valid QLD Driver's License
