About This Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Educator in Nursing, to join us at Southern Queensland Rural Health (SQRH) in Charleville to make a real and positive difference to the education of our students and the future of regional healthcare in Queensland.
As a Clinical Educator, you will support effective, high quality rural training experiences for pre-registration nursing and midwifery students across regional and remote South West Queensland. This involves supporting the supervision of students during rural clinical placements, facilitating interprofessional learning opportunities during student placements, and enhancing support and education to both students and clinical supervisors.
As part of this role, you will also be seconded to Charleville, Western Areas Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander Community Health Limited (CWAATSICH), for 0.4 FTE of the role, to provide mentoring, training and support to ensure high quality clinical care to CWAATSICH clients and provide clinical leadership and training experiences to CWAATSICH Health Workers.
