We’re looking for a creative, fast-moving Social Media Coordinator who thrives on real-time content creation and building authentic online communities. You should be a natural storyteller, able to capture engaging, organic moments and translate them into high-impact social media content. Strong photography and videography skills are highly desirable, as you’ll be at the forefront of creating timely, on-the-go content that resonates with our audience.

The role is based at Huntingfield, in southern Tasmania and is a genuine 38-hour week so you can live outside of work.

In this role, you will:

• Create and publish organic, real-time social media content that feels authentic and spontaneous.
• Capture, edit, and post high-quality photos and videos showcasing our products, ambassadors, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Manage and grow our community across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
• Run the Bulk Banter Facebook Group, fostering a tight-knit, engaged community.
• Collaborate with ambassadors, influencers, and customers to generate user-driven content.
• Stay on top of social media trends and jump on viral moments that align with our brand.
• Support live Q&As, pop-up giveaways, and community-driven challenges.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with broader campaigns, but always feels organic and natural.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in social media content creation, community building, and engagement.
• Strong photography and videography skills, with the ability to shoot, edit, and publish quickly.
• An instinct for what’s trending and how to make it work for our brand.
• The ability to think on your feet and create content that feels spontaneous to meet strategic goals.
• Experience with social media management tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and scheduling tools
• A passion for fitness, health, and wellness (bonus points if you’re already a Bulk Nutrients fan!).
