We're seeking a motivated, mechanically savvy individual for the full-time role of Turf Production Team Leader at Clarence Valley Turf. This position involves overseeing turf farms at two locations, managing production, and ensuring high-quality turf is delivered to customers efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of turf production: planting, harvesting, weeding, mowing.
• Develop and optimise an annual program for turf growth.
• Oversee logistics to ensure timely, quality deliveries.
• Lead and inspire a small, efficient team.
• Operate machinery including harvesters, mowers, and tractors.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in farm production, turf farming, horticulture, greenkeeping harvesting or similar.
• Whitecard and experience with machinery (harvester, mower, tractor).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with turf care programs and logistics.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to quality.
