EP is a 100% Australian owned food manufacturer that hand make fresh, bespoke, premium quality dressings and sauces. We supply portion control across multiple formats to a range of partners in the retail and food service sectors that supply customers nationally. Business growth year on year for the past 5 years with peak production periods over the summer months sees EP employing approximate 75 permanent and casual employees.

The Role

We are currently seeking motivated and attention orientated casual employees to join our busy production team.

• Looking for full availability (up to 37.5 hours/week) on a casual/seasonal basis, shifts between 5am-11pm
• Rotating roster
• Positions working in both our pre-weigh and production rooms with a focus on product batching/production.

PLEASE NOTE: Our production facility is a wet environment

• On the job training

Duties (area dependent)

• Machine and facility cleaning
• Quality assurance checks & paperwork
• Machine set up, operation and clean down
• Ingredient & product batching
• Room setup and shut down
• Manual handling

Work Criteria

• Availability for rostered hours - as many hours as possible
• 100% dedication to a safety first culture
• High level of attention to detail and customer focus
• A willingness to learn through a can-do attitude
• Proven teamwork and communication skills
• Manual handling capacity up to 25kg and ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Sound literacy for completing production paperwork
• Food industry knowledge and experience in ingredient batching and production, willing to further train and develop the right candidate.

Must Have

• Reliable car and valid driver's license due to limited public transport
