Job Title: Assembly Worker

Basis: Full time hours (Monday - Friday)

About Our Role:

Our client is a leading manufacturer of blinds, shades, and custom window treatments. They are looking for skilled Production Workers to join their team in Cavan SA!

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for assembling side track blinds, operating machinery, performing quality checks, and ensuring products meet company standards. You'll collaborate with the team to meet production goals while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble side track blinds to customer specifications.
• Measuring materials and cutting them to the specific size.
• Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Perform quality inspections on finished products.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in labouring/manufacturing
• Full working rights, with no restrictions
• Current Driver's license + reliable transport
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to operate machinery and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
