I’m proud to announce that on the 7th of April, Bundaberg Smash Repairs will be moving to a bigger and better location with 1100 square metres, 8 meter high ceilings and heaps of big open doors creating a breeze way to keep you cool on those hot days.

There are full and part time positions available and we are looking for 3 Panel Beaters, 2 Spray Painters and 2 Stripper Fitters who are able to demonstrate safe work practices, be quality focused and can work unsupervised in a team environment.

Also to the right youth or adult, apprenticeships may be considered, so if you know someone who would like an opportunity then let them know to get in touch.

Beaters will have heaps of room with a work area of 2 bays, their own fans, work bench, racking for parts, dust extraction, belly lift to save your backs and much much more.

Painters will have enough room to move around and as quality is one of our main focuses you will be working with 3M products, latest technology in UV and paint systems etc and in the near future we will have a 2nd new booth and paint mixing room etc.

We also have a Car-O-Liner and Car-O-Tronic and the latest gear and are always investing in new equipment to help make the job easier, also air conditioned lunchroom with tea, coffee and more.

Remuneration will be based on skills and contract wages will also be considered but quality will not be jeopardised.

To the right person as we grow, there will be other opportunities and if need be, if you live out of the area, we would be happy to help with moving costs that would be negotiated in the remuneration package at the time of interview.

We are NOT a sausage factory and with BSR now being the preferred TESLA repairer between Rocky and Sunshine Coast and with several major insurance companies onboard, we are fast growing.
