About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join our team at G8 Accident Repair Centre in Clyde, NSW. As a Panel Beater, you will play a crucial role in the repair and restoration of damaged vehicles, ensuring they are returned to their pre-accident condition. What you'll be doing

• Identifying and assessing damage to vehicles, creating repair plans
• Performing high-quality panel beating and metal work to repair dents, creases and other damage
• Straightening and aligning vehicle frames and body panels to precise specifications
• Preparing surfaces for painting and applying primers, fillers and paints as required
• Ensuring all repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Collaborating with team members to deliver efficient and effective service

What we're looking for

• Experienced and qualified Panel Beater in the automotive industry
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Knowledge of automotive repair techniques, tools and equipment
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and customer satisfaction
• Relevant trade qualifications or certificates
