Our client, a leading provider of residential solar and battery installation solutions, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Energy Sales Advisor to support the growth of their sustainable energy business. This is a unique opportunity to join a company dedicated to empowering homes and businesses to transition to renewable energy. They're well-established in the South-Western suburbs of Sydney, with over 50+ years experience - to date they have helped thousands of homes in Sydney lower their energy bills by switching to renewable energy systems in solar technologies.The focus of this role is conversion. You will be provided with warm leads, and your primary responsibility will be converting inquiries into successful sales. There is little cold outreach or outbound lead generation required, allowing you to focus on closing deals and maximizing results.
OPPORTUNITY
As a trusted advisor in residential solar and battery systems, you will focus on driving sales by tailoring solutions to customer needs and managing the entire sales pipeline from inquiry to project delivery. Your role includes preparing detailed proposals with cost-benefit analyses, tracking performance against targets, and maintaining accurate customer records in the company’s CRM system. You’ll leverage industry knowledge and networks to provide valuable insights into new business opportunities for management consideration.
By addressing customer queries promptly, you’ll ensure satisfaction and confidence in the solutions offered. Staying informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes is essential to identifying opportunities and challenges. Additionally, you’ll ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a sustainable future while showcasing your ability to meet customer needs and deliver exceptional sales outcomes in the renewable energy sector.
BENEFITS
- Base salary of circa $75,000 plus superannuation
- Fully maintained company vehicle
- Work from home 1-2 days per week (otherwise field-based and office work based in Manly, Sydney)

CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role, we'd ideally like to attract candidates with prior knowledge of solar technologies. If you have an interest in, or a passion for, energy-saving technologies like solar we'd love to speak to you. Since this is a sales role, we'd ideally like to see candidates with prior business-to-consumer (B2C) or business-to-business (B2B) sales experience too.
