About the role

As a Property Officer at Laing+Simmons Pennant Hills, you will be an integral part of our property management team, supporting our senior property manager in overseeing our property portfolio. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, ensuring the seamless and efficient management of our clients' properties.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating property inspections, maintenance, and tenant communications
• Assisting Property Managers in daily tasks
• Conduct routine inspections & open home inspections
• Processing tenancy applications

What we're looking for

• A keen interest in the residential property management industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Proficiency in using property management software
• A team-oriented approach and willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Relevant qualifications or experience in property management or a related field (preferred)
