Retreat Manager – Eight Willows Retreat

We are seeking an experienced Retreat Manager to oversee the full operations of Eight Willows Retreat. This full-time role encompasses leadership across operations, finance, compliance, sales, and marketing, ensuring the seamless management of our retreat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire retreat’s day-to-day operations

• Manage financial performance and compliance requirements

• Lead sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth

• Report directly to the Asset Managers and ownership

Start Date: To be confirmed

Salary: Dependent on experience
