ARG Workforce is partnering with a leading metal fabrication company that is expanding rapidly, including the launch of a brand-new site. We’re looking for Labourers, Machine Operators, and Trade Assistants to join the production team in our Wacol, Crestmead, and Carole Park workshops.

About the Role

• Assisting with metal manufacturing, assembly, and production
• Operating machines, power tools, and welding equipment
• Supporting fabrication, mechanical fitting, and hydraulics

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in MIG welding, metal fabrication, and hand tools (grinders, saws, oxy torch, etc.)
• Experience with production machinery such as presses, guillotines, roll formers, and other shaping equipment
• Mechanical and hydraulic fitting skills (advantageous but not essential)
• Forklift license (bonus, but not required)
• Ability to pass a drug and medical screening
