We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee our maintenance operations across multiple properties in Perth. This critical leadership role requires strategic thinking, exceptional organizational abilities, and a hands-on approach to facility management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a dedicated maintenance team, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and upgrades, working closely with external contractors.
• Monitor budgets, control expenses, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Report to senior management, following the budget control guideline

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager, ideally within hospitality or property management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Effective organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant qualifications in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Permanently VISA status that has full right to work in Australia.
