Red Rock Recruitment has partnered with a global leader in formwork and scaffolding solutions, operating from their Stapylton warehouse. We are looking for 2x motivated and physically fit Yard Labourers to join the team and contribute to the company's national growth.

Your Responsibilities:

✔ Material Handling: Load/unload materials and equipment using forklifts and other tools.
✔ Yard Maintenance: Keep the yard clean, safe, and organised to maintain efficiency.
✔ Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, process return orders, and prepare materials for rental orders.
✔ Repairs & Reconditioning: Assist in repairing and maintaining scaffolding products.
✔ Production Support: Transport materials, tools, and equipment to support production operations.
✔ Team Collaboration: Work closely with welders, fabricators, and other yard members.
✔ General Labour: Perform tasks such as cleaning, sweeping, and worksite preparation.
✔ Customer Service: Welcome clients, suppliers, and visitors in and out of the yard.

About You!

✅ Previous experience in a warehouse, yard, or manufacturing environment.
✅ Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain an organised workspace.
✅ Basic literacy and numeracy skills for inventory record-keeping.
✅ Safety-focused mindset with a strong work ethic.
✅ Licences & Certifications:

Forklift licence (High-Risk Work Licence)

Construction White Card

✅Valid driver's licence & reliable transport
✅ Basic computer skills (including iPad usage).
✅ Availability to commit to weekday shifts, with overtime and weekend work optional.
