Our client is looking for a logistics savvy, detail focused professional to manage critical container tracking and movement functions.

Your Role & What You’ll Own:

🧩 Supply Chain Coordination

• Track inbound/outbound container movements across multiple systems.
• Monitor allocations and turnaround times to keep things running smoothly.

📦 Inventory Management & Stock Reporting

• Maintain up to date and accurate records of container inventory.
• Generate daily/weekly stock and movement reports for key stakeholders.

📑 Documentation & Compliance

• Handle all required shipping documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support storage/demurrage calculations for both full and empty containers.

📞 Communication & Relationships

• Work closely with transport providers, shipping lines, and internal depot teams.
• Act as a critical point of contact for escalations, bookings, and movement queries.

🛠️ Problem Solving & Resolution

• Resolve discrepancies in stock or movement records promptly.
• Anticipate and troubleshoot logistics bottlenecks before they impact operations.

What You’ll Bring:

✔️ Experience in port, depot, or container control roles.

✔️ Working knowledge of systems like Containerchain, 1-Stop, or other WMS's.

✔️ Strong organisational skills and accuracy in data entry/reporting.

✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities.

✔️ Strong communicator who can confidently liaise with drivers, shipping lines & transport partners.
