Role Overview: Join our clients team as a Logistics and Stores Coordinator, providing professional logistics and stores services. Ensure materials and equipment are prepared, coordinated, and managed in line with company policies and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, delivery, and lead times.

• Manage stock movements and resolve discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate inventory and safe custody of materials.

• Perform regular stock checks and maintain high housekeeping standards.

• Manage deliveries, verify goods received, and maintain the database.

• Ensure compliance with safety and hazardous substances regulations.

• Raise purchase orders and monitor progress.

• Identify and implement improvements in business systems and processes.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to determine material and equipment needs.

Success Profile:

• Detailed understanding of logistics policies and procedures.

• Knowledge of manual handling techniques and logistics systems.

• High computer literacy, especially in MS Office and SAP.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build positive working relationships.

Experience:

• Proven experience in warehousing and customer service.

• High-risk license (LF) and forklift experience.

• Australian driver’s license ability to drive a manual. LV as a minimum – mandatory.

• Front-end loader competency.
