About the role

Join the team at Natgas Heating & Air Conditioning as a Mechanical Plumber based in Epping, VIC. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HVAC services to our residential and commercial customers.

What you'll be doing

• Install new HVAC systems and equipment such as Ducted AC Systems, Bulkhead AC Systems, Multi Head AC Systems, VRF, Gas Ducted Heating, Evaporative Cooling, Gas / Wood Fireplaces & Hot Water Systems
• Ability to run a project, on occasions leading other employees / apprentices on site and give instruction and training
• Diagnose and repair faults in heating, cooling and plumbing systems
• Liaise with builders / site supervisors to deliver quality HVAC projects on time
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Contribute to the overall success of the Natgas Heating & Air Conditioning team

What we're looking for

• Qualified Mechanical plumber with a valid trade certificate
• Experience working as a mechanical plumber or HVAC technician
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and repair complex issues
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
• A valid driver's licence (Must have manual license)
