Role Overview:

As our Graduate Process Engineer, you will be trained to take up the responsibility for process improvement and process safety across our plant. This includes managing and recommending continuous improvement to our processes and providing technical support to the process production areas. You’ll work closely with a supportive team and be a part of exciting projects that shape the future of our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in driving engineering process improvement and process safety.
• Custodian of plant drawings, including PID, PFD, layout and shop floor drawings.
• Contribute to develop, configure and optimize end-to-end industrial processes.
• Work collaboratively with the other departments to ensure organizational process improvement and safety objectives are met.
• Drive a strong safety culture at work.

What We’re Looking For:

• Full working rights.
• Qualification in engineering degree or demonstrated equitable work experience.
• Up to 2-year experience since graduating.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge and/or practical experience with process control.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes with poly-urethane, water-based, acrylic or other tech based products within the construction industry is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building and nurturing stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
• A proactive and motivated approach, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• A passion for creating positive stakeholder experiences and achieving outstanding results.
