About Us:

Established in Kalgoorlie-Boulder in 2017, Highgrade Personnel operates out of offices in Kalgoorlie and Perth, serving both our Kalgoorlie residential and FIFO workforce.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HD/ Drill Fitter – Field Service to support our exploration drilling operations. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing drilling rigs and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency

What's on Offer:

• Flights from Perth to Kalgoorlie
• 2:1 Roster (7D/7N/RNR)
• 12-Hour Shifts
• $70 - $80ph + Super + Weekly Pay Cycle

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in Conduct regular preventive maintenance to optimise equipment performance.
• Spections, fault diagnosis, and repairs on drilling rigs and auxiliary equipment.
• Collaborate with the drilling team to provide technical support and solutions in remote locations.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Experienced working Schramm / Sandvik Rigs, Hurricane boosters, Atlas Copco compressors, Mercedes trucks and MAN trucks.
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence
• Australian Trade Recognised Certificate
• Full Working Rights in Australia
