Quest Personnel is a national recruitment company who are currently seeking Maintenance Operators for the Welshpool area.

This thriving organisation is a leader in its market space. With a location in Welshpool, WA we are looking for Maintenance Operators who are keen on working Day or Afternoon shifts. This work offers 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Roster:
Monday to Friday - (Approx. 38 Hours per week) - Day Shift

In this role you will be:

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose machinery issues promptly.
• Repair and replace defective parts as needed.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Have a strong mechanical background
• Competent in using hand/power tools.
• Self-motivated and reliable.
• High attention to detail.
• Can work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Availability to work from Monday to Friday, 38+ hours per week.
• Your own vehicle and driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 15 kg and perform production work duties as required.
• A positive attitude and good work ethic.
