Lawrence RV in Burpengary is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to sell all new Lotus Caravans, Essential Caravans & Used Caravans.

Great Customer Service and Exceptional Sales abilities will be paramount to your success. You will be joining a highly motivated team and working alongside the Dealer Principal and owners of the business who can give you on-the-spot advice & training, all while ensuring that an exceptional level of customer service is maintained at all levels.

About This Role

• Handle sales inquiries via incoming calls, email, and customer walk-ins daily, following through the sales funnel to conversion
• Develop and maintain great customer relationships during and after-sale
• Attend trade shows and industry events throughout the year
• Be self-motivated with the initiative to work unsupervised
• Manage leads and greet customers with utmost importance
• Contribute to setting up the yard display and presentation of the dealership

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales
• Interest in the Camping & Caravanning Lifestyle
• Highly proficient in sales and always wanting to exceed personal targets
• Resilient communication skills - on the phone, in person and written
• Sound oral and written skills as well as quick and accurate math
• Technologically proficient
• A current unrestricted driver’s license
• Have a respectable manner and work with a team
• Dress to the role
• Attend trade shows and work away from home up to 10 times a year
• Ability to ‘hit the ground running’
