Skills/Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in sales in B2B SaaS or outbound lead management.
Experience in cold calling and managing software sales pipelines.
Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and manage CRM tools effectively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first approach.
A growth mindset with a focus on professional development and problem-solving.

Familiarity with supply chain or freight industry dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to adapt, learn, and improve sales processes.
The Position
Qualify inbound leads in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
Drive sales through the funnel, closing SME deals.
Partner with account executives to transition larger enterprise deals.
Leverage performance and product marketing resources to support deal closure.
Implement and refine Explorate’s outbound sales playbook.
Drive a software-first sales approach alongside freight services and expert guidance.
Focus on deal volume and achieving rapid closures.
Provide feedback to improve and evolve the sales strategy.
