About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to join the talented team at By Design Physiotherapy in Hobart, Tasmania. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to our diverse client base. This full-time role offers the chance to work within a collaborative, supportive environment and contribute to the continued growth and success of our physiotherapy practice.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans
• Providing hands-on physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to client care
• Documenting client progress and maintaining detailed clinical records
• Participating in regular team meetings and professional development activities
• Promoting the practice and contributing to the growth of our client base

What we're looking for

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a private practice or clinical setting
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
