What we are looking for

• A quick learner with a positive approach and lots of enthusiasm will be perfect for this fast-paced environment
• Flooring experience would be an advantage but not essential
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal along with a strong mathematic ability
• Be available to work out of normal retail store hours and on weekends, including in home appointments
• Current motor vehicle license
• Honesty and a great work ethic
• Goal-oriented towards individual and team targets
• Reliable and self-motivated

Responsibilities

• All aspects of face-to-face sales, measuring, planning, quoting, processing invoices and regular follow up with clients
• Provide quality customer service in and out of the show room (In home appointments required)
• Tech-Savvy - Comfortable with computers and sales software. including teams, data entry and payment systems.
• Other store related duties such as general tidying and merchandising.
• Cash and EFTPOS handling
• Meet and exceed sales KPIs while having fun
