Description

Credit Assessment & Financial Analysis

• Analyze financial statements, cash flow reports, and balance sheets to assess creditworthiness.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations on credit applications.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

Credit Submissions & Structuring Deals

• Prepare detailed credit submissions with well-structured financial analysis and recommendations.
• Work with BDMs and brokers to structure deals that align with risk appetite and business objectives.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient processing and approval of applications.

Portfolio & Risk Management

• Monitor the credit performance of existing clients, identifying early warning signs of risk.
• Ensure adherence to credit policies while supporting business growth objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations for credit policy enhancements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Work closely with BDMs, finance brokers, and other referral partners.
• Support internal teams with financial insights to aid decision-making.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to clarify financial information and credit conditions.

Profile

Experience in financial services, credit analysis, or asset finance.
Strong understanding of financial statements, risk assessment, and lending principles.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
