Our client is seeking an Engagement, DEI and Communications Partner to play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of collaboration, combining the best talent to create a unified, empowered, and high-performing team. This role will focus on creating imperatively and engaging communications, supporting change initiatives, building robust approaches to engagement, and enhancing their strong track record of creating inclusive and diverse teams. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief HR Officer to provide insights and help shape the internal communications strategy.

What you'll do:

As an Engagement and Communications Partner, your role will be central in bringing our client's vision to life. You will be responsible for creating engaging communications that support change initiatives while building robust approaches to engagement. Your role will involve developing an internal communications strategy that strengthens the company's mission while managing change in a hybrid work environment. You will also lead on delivering key Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) campaigns within the business. Furthermore, you will be accountable for executing surveys within the market, interpreting results, and ensuring robust action plans are in place.

• Developing and implementing an internal communications strategy to strengthen mission and manage change.
• Producing high-quality written and multi-media visual content.
• Leading on delivering key DEI campaigns and initiatives within the business.
• Working with regional team to execute surveys within the market.
• Interpreting survey results and ensuring robust action plans are in place.
• Building a network of Employee Resource Groups across the market.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Engagement and Communications Partner role brings excellent communication skills, both written and oral. You have a knack for generating high-quality content that is on point and aligns with the brand for a dispersed workforce. Your strong numerical and analytical skills ensure attention to detail in all tasks undertaken. With great relationship-building skills, you are comfortable dealing with both internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to deliver under pressure while demonstrating flexibility makes you stand out. Experience in Change Management, DEI, Volunteering or Well-being is highly desirable.
