Join the team at Programmed Facility Management as a full-time Electrician based in Albany / Great Southern area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Electrician that is locally based or open to relocation.

What you'll be doing

• Complete general reactive and preventive maintenance around the facilities
• Install or repair lighting fixtures, switches and switchboards
• General roughing in/out and installations
• Decommission and installation of split units
• Monday-Friday
• 9.5 Hour Days
• On-Call work & overtime

What we're looking for

• A Grade Electrical License & Electrical trade qualification
• Valid CPR/LVR
• Valid Drivers License
• Police clearance obtained within 6 months or willing to obtain
• Local to the Great Southern Albany area
• Previous experience with public housing works & remote areas highly desirable
• Genuine commitment to safe work practices
