Blending, Encapsulation & Tablet Compression Operator

Afternoon Shift (2:00 pm – 10:00 pm)

Role Responsibilities

• Operate blending, encapsulation, and tablet compression machinery.
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform equipment setup, dismantling, and maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas, including equipment washing and sanitization.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Planning teams.
• Report safety incidents, team concerns, and production issues to the Production Manager.
• Accurately complete batch documentation and manage time effectively to meet daily and monthly production targets.

Experience & Skills Required

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and numeracy skills.
• Ability to read and follow complex SOPs and batch documentation.
• Mechanical aptitude for equipment assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working in a dusty, noisy, and temperature-controlled environment (<25°C, low humidity).
• Ability to lift 10-15 kg repeatedly and safely handle materials.
• Previous experience operating manual and electric pallet jacks (Scissor Lift/Forklift license desirable but not essential).
• Basic computer literacy to create and print labels.
• Strong attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and team-oriented approach.
