ABOUT THE COMPANY.

ABOUT THE POSITION.
As an Asset Officer, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance and development of council assets. Be involved in strategic asset management to optimise the lifespan of assets and undertake stakeholder and customer engagement.
DUTIES.
- Review and maintain asset management plans
- Implement and maintain asset management systems
- Attend site inspections and liaise with stakeholders
- Assist with re-evaluation of assets
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or relevant qualification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
