Dogs Victoria has a robust compliance policy within the organisation to ensure the highest standards of integrity and behavior are maintained within our broad ranging membership.
The position requires a person with a positive attitude, who values attention to detail, possesses analytical skills and can demonstrate the ability to multitask.
An ability to understand and interpret Rules, Regulations and Legislation will be highly regarded, as will a candidate who can demonstrate excellent time management skills.
Experience using the Microsoft suite of Office products will also be highly regarded.
The successful candidate will be required to liaise with both Committee Chairs as well as members, and as such excellent people skills are essential as members need to be guided through, what can sometimes be, a stressful process.
The successful candidate will report to the Office Operation Manager.
The position is a 5 day per week role based in the Dogs Victoria Office – there is no opportunity to work from home.
