Warehouse Store person

• Casual start with a view to permanent
• Day shift hours 6 am - 2 pm

• Bayswater location- over 2 locations (Client will be relocating to Essendon by the end 2025)

The Company

Our client is a global leader in the supply of innovative and diverse acoustic products to local and international markets.
They manufacture and despatch these products from a clean and modern plant in Bayswater.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Package goods using techniques like strapping, shrink wrapping, and other methods.
• Unload containers with materials such as fibre, cube, and vertiface products.
• Load and unload large materials from trucks with a forklift.
• Coordinate with customer service and drivers to ensure efficient workflow and accurate deliveries.
• Must be competent with manual handling.
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory management.
• Follow safety protocols, demonstrate independence, and maintain clear communication and housekeeping standards.

To be successful, you will need to have:

• A valid forklift licence with high-reach experience
• Must have a valid driver's licence
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong physical endurance to perform manual tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to safely lift heavy items and maintain physical activity throughout the workday.
• High level of energy and a commitment to upholding quality standards in all aspects of work.

Hours & Rate

6 am till 2 pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime
$35.09 per hour, plus super, plus overtime
