About the Role

We currently have a very rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to lead an amazing team in our brand new dine in croissant-style licensed French cafe opening in Chadstone in late March.

We are looking for an amazing leader to lead this team to success in the newest dining precinct in Chadstone Shopping Centre. You will thrive in a fast-paced hands-on role supported by a passionate and high performing team who are excited to sell our luxury products and French champagne!

Your roster will be flexible with rotation across shifts and working at least one day of the weekend to get to know your entire team. Work on some public holidays is also required.

Key Responsibilities

As Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include delivering an exceptional customer experience in the heart of Chadstone's new restaurant precinct. You will work collaboratively with your team to achieve your store KPI's and the company’s objectives. You and your team will drive sales week on week to achieve your budgets, while at the same time providing a customer experience that is second to none.

You will split your time between being a hands-on leader in store, balanced with admin duties including managing wages, budgets and waste to control costs.

What you will bring

• Previous Cafe Manager experience is required
• RSA qualification
• Hands on and strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success
• Experience in delivering and maintaining the highest standard in branding to our valued customers
• Ability to achieve sales targets and effectively manage wages, costs and waste
• Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties
• Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI'S & budgets
• Experience in managing stock on hand, ensuring rotation and minimising waste
• High personal standards in providing a superior customer experience
• Maintain a harmonious working environment within your team and with other Store Managers in our network
• Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage industry is a plus, with a bakery qualification preferred
