Job Title: Maintenance Fitter
Location: Eastern Creek, New South Wales
Job Type: Full-time (Days or Nights)

Starting Rate $50-$55 per hour + regular Overtime

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on plant equipment
• Conduct daily pre-and post-start checks on machinery
• Rotate, adjust, and replace parts to improve facility efficiency
• Maintain and repair conveyor belts
• Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs
• Study technical drawings to determine machinery settings and operation methods
• Install hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Qualifications and Skills:

• Mechanical trade qualification (Plant or machinery)
• Experience in a heavy industrial environment is a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and various shifts
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a safety-first mindset
