Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager is responsible for the oversight and delivery of the day-to-day finance function including:

• Manage the month end close process, and lead financial reporting activities
• Oversee general ledger transactions and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial institutions and reporting requirements
• Support Head of Finance with budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
• Provide coaching and mentoring to two finance team members

Your Skills

• We are open to considering a Senior Accountant taking a step up or a current Finance Manager making a lateral move
• Previous experience operating in professional services (in-house role in accounting firm, management consulting or legal) is desired
• Experience leading or indirectly supervising the performance of team members
• CPA/CA qualifications
