Mathiou Services is looking for a qualified carpenter, landscape construction tradesperson, or a carpenter keen to expand into landscaping to join our growing building maintenance and construction team.

🔨 About the Role:

You'll carry out a range of tasks across commercial sites, including:

• General carpentry and cabinetry
• Decking and outdoor structure installation
• Renovations and light fit-outs
• Basic patching, painting and small tiling repairs
• Property maintenance and reporting
• Ensuring all work meets compliance and safety standards
• Other duties as directed by the State Operations Manager

🎓 What You’ll Need:

• Certificate III in Carpentry & Joinery (completed or close to completion)
• Construction White Card
• Manual driver’s licence
• Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)

🧰 Skills & Experience:

• Carpentry, landscaping, maintenance or handyman experience
• Able to think on your feet and solve maintenance issues independently
• Confident towing trailers and working solo on-site
• Tech-savvy – able to use smartphones and job systems
