At Quest Cheltenham, we are looking for a new Housekeeper to join our team on a casual basis. Excellent working conditions are provided, including the provision of a corporate uniform, discounted rates for staff, family, and friends to stay at Quest accommodations nationwide.

Quest Cheltenham’s housekeepers are highly valued members of our team, and key to ensuring positive experiences for our guests and the overall success of the business.

This important role involves providing housekeeping and room attendant services for apartments (Studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom & 3 bedroom apartments) and cleaning common areas to ensure high standards of presentation of the property in line with the Quest brand standards, and efficient operations based on occupancy demands and guest needs.

The Ideal Candidate demonstrates a can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work, excellent communication skills, a friendly customer service demeanor, a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, discretion in guest interaction, and a strong appreciation for workplace safety. An ability to follow instructions and work quickly and efficiently to achieve individual and team goals is key.

Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role ideally in a business environment is essential, and qualifications and prior experience in the hospitality, travel or tourism industries would be highly regarded.

The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays and must have the necessary work entitlements to work in Australia.
