We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Casual Customer Service & Admin Support to cover maternity leave at our logistics facility in Moonah. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong customer service and administrative skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Responding to customer service enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
✔ Maintaining accurate pallet counts and records.
✔ Assisting in organising drivers runs when needed.
✔ Supporting administrative and compliance tasks.
✔ Booking pallets with stores and ensuring freight is delivered on schedule.

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
🔹 Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
🔹 Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Previous experience in administration, logistics, or customer service is an advantage.
🔹 Availability to commit to the duration of the maternity leave cover.
