About the role

Allstar Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Operator and HR Driver to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. This is a casual role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects within the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

• Safely operate a range of heavy machinery and equipment, including excavators, loaders, and backhoes
• Transport personnel and equipment to and from job sites using heavy rigid vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance and checks on vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in safe and optimal working condition
• Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations on site
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Operator and HR Driver in the construction industry
• Valid HR driver's licence and relevant heavy machinery licences/certifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety
• Flexibility to work on a casual basis and adapt to changing project requirements
